Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Identify new market opportunities, analyze market trends, and conduct competitive analysis to drive business growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for business expansion. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing solutions and demonstrating the value of products or services.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential target markets, customer segments, and industry trends. Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of market changes.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of business development professionals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals, including pricing, terms, and conditions, tailored to meet the client’s needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling proposals and win new business.
