- Experience or Fresher’s with sound understanding of help desk support
- Excellent spoken as well as written communication
- Proficiency in English & Hindi languages
- Working knowledge of databases/ Remote control tools
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation
Roles and Responsibilities
- Being a product company, you are expected to provide technical support/solution to users of our products over the telephone or email
- Provide good care to users/customers
- Identify and build a repository of bugs/issues
- Conduct telephonic surveys/engage users/customers
- Generate MIS reports periodically
