Required Skills

  • Having good experience of cold calling ideally with IT product or service selling; Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
    Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential clients at online client meetings
  • Developing quotes and proposals
  • Coordinating business generation activities
  • Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
  • Maintaining database (Sales Portal, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
  • Closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
  • Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
