About the Role
- As a Business Development Executive at Turabit Solutions, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts in the US market. Your responsibilities will include proactive outreach, cold calling, email marketing, lead generation, and sales prospecting. You’ll work closely with the sales team to identify, qualify, and engage potential clients while utilizing various CRM tools and sales platforms like Apollo, HubSpot, and others to manage leads and track progress.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to potential clients in the US to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospective customers and drive interest in AI solutions.
- Use CRM tools (Apollo, HubSpot, etc.) to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer interaction history.
- Engage in both outbound and inbound sales activities, responding to inbound inquiries and creating proactive outreach strategies to connect with decision-makers.
- Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and present tailored solutions to prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Present sales proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report progress to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 0-6 months of experience in business development, sales, or IT product sales, specifically in the US market.
- US Market Selling Experience: Proven track record in selling IT or AI-based products and services to the US market.
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Strong experience in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and lead qualification.
- CRM Tools: Proficiency in using CRM platforms like Apollo, HubSpot, or similar tools to manage sales pipelines.
- Email Marketing: Experience in executing email marketing campaigns to engage leads and drive conversions.
- Sales Strategy: Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and execute successful sales strategies.
- Sales Process: Experience in managing both inbound and outbound sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with various sales tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
