About the Role
  • We are looking for a passionate Python Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong foundational knowledge of Python, hands-on experience with backend development, and the ability to contribute to building efficient, scalable systems.
Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and automation scripts using Python.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Work with frameworks such as Django / Flask / FastAPI (any one required).
  • Integrate and manage databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and product managers to deliver robust features.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions.
  • Develop automation tools, data pipelines, or scripts as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer.
  • Strong understanding of Python fundamentals (OOPs, modules, exception handling).
  • Experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI (at least one framework).
  • Good knowledge of REST API development.
  • Working experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
  • Basic understanding of Git/GitHub and version control workflow
  • Familiarity with environment management (virtualenv, pipenv, conda)
Good to Have (Optional)
  • Knowledge of Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ, or background tasks.
  • Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Experience with Pandas, NumPy, or scripting for data processing.
  • Familiarity with basic testing (PyTest/UnitTest).

Education
